2. Where is my tracking number? -    Not all orders are tracked, we ship with whatever shipping method you select and pay for.
3. Do we have a physical location?     - Yes of course we are chillaxing in central Waterloo.

8. How do Pre-Orders work?    Paid preorders are held for 6 months after the release, then are considered owned again by the store - Any cancelled preorder will have a 15% restocking fee.
